The Bachelor of Arabic Language and Education program offered by the Faculty of Language and Communication (FBK), Sultan Idris Education University (UPSI) aims to produce graduates who are highly skilled in mastering the Arabic language and are able to apply pedagogical knowledge professionally and effectively. This program is designed to meet the country's needs in producing teachers, language scholars and professionals who are able to communicate and think in the context of the Arabic and Islamic education world globally.

The curriculum of this program balances linguistics, Arabic literature, translation, communication and Arabic language teaching methods. Students will be exposed to project-based learning approaches, real communication activities, the use of technology in education, as well as teaching training in schools to strengthen language and pedagogical skills.

In addition to focusing on the field of education, this program also opens up wide opportunities for graduates to enter the open job market, including in the diplomatic, communication, international business, broadcasting, and creative industries that require proficiency in the Arabic language. Exposure to industry training in various aspects such as administration, welfare, culture, discourse, and translation also equips graduates with a competitive advantage in the global market.
